Executive Management
All four of the preceding solutions can be combined into one retainer, which we have called Executive Management. This involves making Comsense Consulting (Jim Murphy) a part-time member of the firm’s management team for a defined period of time to work with management in any or all of the areas listed above.
As part of this engagement Comsense Consulting can also advise on the appropriate governance system for a particular firm, and the management of routine issues which arise from time to time, including Human Resources.
This retainer could lead to assistance with recruiting a permanent full-time executive manager for the firm, or simply coaching a managing partner(s) on how to be more effective within the limited non-billable time allotted to this function.
